We’re happy to share that we’re collaborating with The Digital Period Podcast for Season 3!
This season is being developed with our research team and will bring RESOCIAL’s work on social media, vulnerability, and resilience into the conversations.
Created by Judith Zoë Blijden, The Digital Period is a public philosophy podcast about how technology shapes our relationships, with ourselves and with others. Each season focuses on a specific technology (from period tracking apps to dating apps and social feeds) and the values these technologies express.
What Season 3 will explore
Season 3 will focus on social media: how platforms shape connection, how vulnerability shows up online, and what resilience can look like in everyday digital life.
This collaboration is part of our wider goal at Leiden University: understanding how vulnerability emerges in online environments and what can be done, through law, design, and public debate, to strengthen user resilience.
